This sweater is designed to be slightly oversized with a high/ low length, but if crop tops arent I'm working on the sleeve on Row 6 , I have 33 stitches from Row 5 but everytime i do row 6 i always end up with 34 stitches instead of 33. The yoke is knit flat and then joined at the shoulders with a 3 needle bind off.
